Another reason energy balls rock — they’re a safe snack for pretty much any food intolerance or allergy. They’rereal food and you don’t even need to turn on the stove or pre-heat the oven. Perfect for summer when it’stoohot to even think about turning on the oven (unless you live in San Francisco, then please, if you need to bake, come over and warm up my apartment).
