Colorado arrest records are available at the Colorado Bureau of Investigation via phone at 303-239-4208 or online through the Internet Criminal History Check. To check for arrest records online, every requester must have an account to log in and perform their search.

Requests for patrol, administration, inmate, and inmate medical records will be submitted to the Weld County Sheriff's Office Records Division. Yes. Members of the public can access information about recent arrests ("arrest logs") from a local law enforcement agency's website for free. However, anyone requesting a copy of an arrest record or report from such agencies must pay the associated fee, which differs by agency.

All Colorado CHRI is accessible to the public with the following exceptions: Juvenile arrests (17 years and younger) except when adjudicated as an adult.

To make a request online, visit the Internet Criminal History Check System. The fee for each search made online is $5.00. If requesting a criminal record by mail, complete a Public Request for Criminal History Record Information form. The cost of processing a mail-in form is $13.00.

To file a police report, search online for the local law enforcement agency's contact information where the crime occurred. Most local law enforcement agencies accept anonymous tips or crime reports online or by phone. To learn more, contact your local police department.
